Ajay Kumar

Ajay Kumar holds a Master’s degree in Yoga Therapy and has extensive experience in social development and education. His journey began as a Youth Volunteer at Nehru Yuva Kendra, where he led initiatives in rural education, women’s empowerment, environmental awareness, and the Swachh Bharat Mission. He later worked as a District Manager at Amul, managing operations, marketing, and procurement.

As the State Manager and Master Trainer at Ek Kadam Aur Foundation, Ajay leads educational excellence initiatives across Rajasthan. He trains educators, implements management guidance at the grassroots level, and ensures the delivery of impactful education to children with visual impairments. His leadership style blends discipline, compassion, and practical problem-solving.
