Bonita Sarkar serves as the Compliance Manager and Master Trainer for the Ek Kadam Aur Foundation in West Bengal. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in English Literature, she brings thoughtful communication, compassion, and a deep commitment to inclusive education for children with blindness. In her role, Bonita ensures smooth program implementation, supports educators, counsels parents, and works closely with schools to build stronger, more accessible learning environments.

Grounded and empathetic by nature, Bonita finds purpose in visiting communities, understanding challenges firsthand, and finding simple, practical ways to create change. She loves to travel, connect with people, and believes that even the smallest act of kindness can spark hope and make a lasting difference
