Jogeswara Sairam

Jogeswara Sairam holds a Bachelor’s (Honours) in Economics and has worked extensively in disability inclusion and employment generation. His experience includes promoting accessible livelihoods, skill development, and collaboration with NGOs and government bodies.

At Ek Kadam Aur Foundation, he coordinates field operations under the Arunodaya Program — overseeing planning, child enrollment, and training for educators and mentors. His background in development economics enables him to integrate data and community insight into impactful educational strategies.

Outside of work, he enjoys community engagement and continuous learning.
