Kanchan Waghmare holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Diploma in Special Education (Visual Impairment). With over 12 years of experience at the National Association for the Blind, she brings a deep understanding of inclusive education and specialized teaching methods.

At Ek Kadam Aur Foundation, she continues her mission of empowering visually impaired children through individualized and adaptive teaching. Her dedication to student growth and her nurturing nature have made her a beloved educator.
