Neha Abhinav Kumar

Neha holds an M.Sc. in Microbiology and a B.Ed. degree. Before joining EKA, she worked as a Sales Manager at HDFC Bank and as a Lecturer, where she discovered her passion for education and community engagement.

At Ek Kadam Aur Foundation, Neha serves as a Digital Education Trainer. She conducts field visits, manages training documentation, and monitors online classes. She is also responsible for parent and community engagement initiatives that promote the holistic development of visually impaired children.

Neha enjoys dancing, cooking, and baking - creative outlets that reflect her enthusiasm for life and learning.
