Passang Dorjee Bhutia

Passang Dorjee Bhutia combines compassion and creativity in his role as a Compliance Coordinator at Ek Kadam Aur Foundation. He provides smartphone training to educators, monitors student progress, tracks attendance, and conducts awareness sessions for parents on children’s rights.

Before joining EKA, he worked as a massage therapist and developed a deep understanding of human connection and wellbeing. He channels that empathy into his work with visually impaired children. Outside work, he enjoys playing the flute, singing, and listening to motivational stories.
