Ravi

Ravi is a dedicated educator and counselor with a strong background in psychology and special education. He holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from IGNOU, a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling from Jamia Millia Islamia University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education (Visual Impairment) from the University of Delhi (Blind Relief Association).

He began his career with internships at the Blind Relief Association and the National Association for the Blind, where he gained expertise in classroom adaptations, individualized learning, and assistive technology. His experience includes training students in screen readers and Braille devices and providing counseling and vocational guidance.

At Ek Kadam Aur Foundation, Ravi teaches Mathematics, Science, and Abacus to children with visual impairments through tactile and auditory methods. As a Master Trainer, he also trains educators in assistive technology and inclusive pedagogy while conducting counseling sessions for parents. Passionate about mental health and empowerment through technology, Ravi continues to develop accessible learning materials and promote awareness on disability rights.
