Ritu Jain

Ritu Jain brings over 15 years of professional experience across education, counseling, administration, and social development. She completed her 12th from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS).

Her experience includes roles such as Helpdesk Counselor at Score Foundation, Front Office Administrator at Expedia, Process Team Leader at Bharti Retail, and Counselor at The Art of Living Foundation. These roles honed her communication, management, and counseling skills, especially in supporting persons with visual impairment.

At Ek Kadam Aur Foundation, Ritu monitors teachers, reviews class and parent session videos, and provides feedback to ensure quality instruction. She also manages attendance, surveys, and assessments to track student progress. Her leadership ensures smooth coordination between teams and the highest standards of program delivery.

Outside of work, she enjoys singing, cooking, and socializing - passions that reflect her positive, community-centered spirit.
