Sangam Surendar holds a Bachelor’s degree and has prior professional experience with ICICI Bank and BSS Microfinance Ltd. His transition from corporate roles to the social sector reflects his passion for contributing to meaningful change.

As a Field Educator at Ek Kadam Aur Foundation, Sangam teaches visually impaired children and supports their overall learning journey. His empathy and patience help build trust with students and families alike. He enjoys reading and helping others in his community.
